Michael Smith joins the Boese Commercial Team as their portfolio’s Property Coordinator. With past experience in both the construction and customer service sectors, Michael has the ability to communicate with general contractors, vendors and existing tenants in a personable and professional manner. Michael considers property management to run in the family as his father has worked in the industry for over 20 years.

As the Property Coordinator, Michael is responsible for oversight and maintenance of the company’s industrial real estate portfolio. Michael looks forward to continuing to grow in his role on the Boese Commercial Team and establish positive working relationships with the vendors and tenants associated with the properties under his purview.
